Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the specialized handling, storage requirements, and sensitive nature of semen products, Pro Breed Semen Bank does not permit any refund or cancellation once an order has been dispatched. Customers are advised to verify all order details before placing their order.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been dispatched. Once an order has been packed and handed over to the delivery partner, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
2. Refund Eligibility
Due to the biological nature of semen products and strict cold-chain integrity requirements, refunds are not possible once an order has been dispatched. We strongly advise customers to verify all order details carefully before placing their order.
